Urban Oasis Covid-19 Response
The health and wellbeing of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, we have taken measures to help flatten the curve, such as reducing the number of staff, physical distancing within our facilities for those staff who remain on the premises and extra cleaning and disinfecting the work and common areas. Our showroom to the public is open under strict safety guidelines. The following are measures we have implemented to help keep everyone safe.
We are happy to send information and photos via email or text so customers may shop from home and purchase products with minimal contact.
Product can be ordered in advance over the phone. Purchases can be left outside for pick up or can be delivered locally.
If you have or have had symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days, you must not enter our showroom. Symptoms may include fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, muscle aches and headaches. Our staff has been advised to err on the side of caution and if they notice a customer showing any of the potential COVID-19 symptoms, to politely ask them to leave.
Only 4 customers may occupy the store at one time. When capacity is reached, customers are kindly requested to line up outside our doors, maintaining a physical distance of at least 2 meters from each other. We have seating outside (with adequate distance) for customers who prefer not to stand or wait in their vehicle.
We have hand sanitizer located at the front door and at the sales counter. Please use the hand sanitizer upon entering. We also offer complimentary latex gloves and masks while you shop.
We have plastic barriers at the sales counter.
We encourage the use of credit/debit. We have 250.00 limit for a tap on our terminal.
We will be increasing the cleaning and sanitizing of high touch areas, such as countertops and point of sale machines and washrooms.
We have reduced the number of staff in order to follow physical distancing guidelines. We appreciate your patience if you experience increased wait times for service.
